The company broke ground on one store at Six Mile and Farmington roads in Livonia. The other store will be built at Grand River Avenue at Colwell and St. Francis streets in Farmington Hills as soon as permits are approved by local authorities.
Both stores are 15,120 s.f., and cost$4 million to build, said Steve Schafer, a partner with the developer.
The Livonia store should be completed by mid-winter, and the Farmington Hills store is set to open in the spring.
