The 8.7-acre parcel stands near Lindero Canyon Road and fronts the Ventura (101) Freeway. Opus West will tear down Raypak's old pool-heater manufacturing facility on the site to make way for the two new, two-story class A buildings.
It's the first major deal announced by Opus West's LA office, which opened only a few months ago. The firm's Orange County office has grown to become one of OC's biggest real estate players.
The local office of CB Richard Ellis brokered the sale. Opus has also tabbed CB Richard Ellis to handle leasing duties at the new complex, which it expects to complete next summer.
