For RealtyIQ's part, the new marriage is part of a push to create like agreements with associations around the country. According to president Bruce Weissberg, the dot-com already has 2,500 members across the US. To date, the site posts leasing availabilities on more than 225,000 properties in 47 markets, much of this the result of the dot-com's purchase of Cushman & Wakefield's database last year.
This newest linkage drops into RealtyIQ's lap brokers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
