RealtyIQ Links up With Tri-State Realtors Association

NEW YORK CITY-As part of a national push to sign members, one web provider lands an alliance with a tri-state industry group.

NEW YORK CITY-One thousand members of the TriState Commercial & Industrial Association of Realtors have gained membership to the website.Some 1,000 members of the TriState Commercial & Industrial Association of Realtors have signed on with RealtyIQ, the web-based provider of real estate data. In talking about the new linkage, association president Peter P. Liebert IV stated that “our mission is to address the special interests of commercial property professionals in ways that can’t be realized by individuals acting alone.” The new alliance, he hopes, will help “make our members more efficient.”

For RealtyIQ’s part, the new marriage is part of a push to create like agreements with associations around the country. According to president Bruce Weissberg, the dot-com already has 2,500 members across the US. To date, the site posts leasing availabilities on more than 225,000 properties in 47 markets, much of this the result of the dot-com’s purchase of Cushman & Wakefield’s database last year.
