Both existing Highwood buildings are 100% leased. Now the developer is breaking ground on a five-acre site for its third office product, the one-story, 53,000-sf Highwood Center at Tradeport III.

The building is tentatively scheduled to open in spring 2001. Market rents are $16 psf to $20 psf. The Tradeport is a 200-acre, mixed-use development off I-75 at Hartfield Atlanta International Airport.
