The buildings are owned by Allied Waste, a trash disposal firm. The two office towers, which contain a total of 520,000 sf of office space, are being marketed by the Insignia/ESG real estate firm. The sales price is expected to be in excess of $50 million. One Eldridge Place is a 12-story, 240,000-sf property. Two Eldridge Place is a 14-story tower with 280,000 sf. The buildings are located at the intersection of Memorial Dr. and Eldridge Parkway in an area known as the Energy Corridor because a number of major energy firms have offices there.
