The firm specializes in workplace solutions in terms of design, management and strategies. Its client roster includes a number of Fortune 1000 companies and cutting-edge, fast-growth businesses. The five-year-old IA-Dallas, regional office for parent IA Inc., is consistently been ranked among the largest metroplex interior architectural firms based on gross revenues.
IA-Dallas has orchestrated the redesign of its new office space. "That was strange at times we can be a pretty demanding client," Deering says. "We went back and forth on many issues, and we constantly debated the Texas theme we chose in the materials we used you know, Texas pecan wood, Texas stone, blue bonnet-shaded lights. But we are extremely pleased with what we have done."
Arledge/Power Real Estate Services represented IA in its lease negotiations and Gaedeke Landers LLC acted on behalf of the landlord.
