The company will initially house up to 150 employees in the new space next to its headquarters at 11190 Sunrise Valley Dr.
"We can maintain synergy," by locating the new offices next to its current offices, says Saga spokeswoman Dedra Jones. The company already occupies two floors of the four-story, 74,000-sf building.
Julien J. Studley represented the tenant in the lease. The landlord is CarrAmerica Realty Corp.
The Reston-Herndon submarket, increasingly popular with tech companies, had a 1.1% vacancy rate at the end of the first six months of 2000, according to Delta Associates.
