Jefferson Township recently approved the developer's agreement for Oak Ridge, which is a subsidiary of Phoenix Four, Inc., an event-driven alternative investment fund.A&P will relocate from its present location across the street and build a Super A&P prototype store. SRC is proceeding on an accelerated development schedule and is fast-tracking the permitting process.
