CarrAmerica Realty Acquires 10-Acre Office Development Site

BOTHELL, WA- Formerly known as Highland Campus Phase I, the publicly-traded developer has renamed the site Canyon Pointe; it's located in the Canyon Park Business Center, where CarrAmerica already owns 10 buildings.

CarrAmerica Realty Corporation is planning an office development on 10-acres it has acquired in the Canyon Park Business Center in Bothell, where it already owns 10 buildings.

Formerly known as Highland Campus Phase I, CarrAmerica has renamed the site Canyon Pointe. It will feature two three-story office buildings with 29,l66-sf floor plates, easy access to Interstate 5 and visibility from I-405. Site work is currently underway and construction is expected to open in the fall of 2001.
