CORNELIUS, NC-CTC Communications has signed an agreement with Charlotte developer Charter Properties to become the official telecommunications provider for Redcliffe at Kenton Place LLC, a multifamily development in Cornelius, just north of Charlotte.
CTC also has a contract with the Village Green, a luxury apartment property being developed by Charter Properties in suburban Charlotte. The project will open in October. Redcliffe at Kenton Place is a multi-dwelling property of 314 luxury rental apartments and townhomes.
