Delcor Development of Milford is developing the park. Brian Stoy, president of the company, says the building will be 16,325 sf when complete. It will be the fourth building on the site. Each building is about 20,000 sf, and will cost about $2 million each to build. The first two are fully leased, he said, and the third is 85% leased.
"We're building them as we go. When the fourth building is 50 percent leased, we will start construction on the fifth building. When completed,the park will have 100,000 sf of developed office space," Stoy said. Lease rates on the fourth building will be $14 per sf. It will be completed in seven months.
