Fourth Phase of Milford Office Park Begins

DETROIT- Milford complex heading toward 100,000 sf of development.

The fourth building of the Milford Corporate Office Park is now under construction in Milford Township.

Delcor Development of Milford is developing the park. Brian Stoy, president of the company, says the building will be 16,325 sf when complete. It will be the fourth building on the site. Each building is about 20,000 sf, and will cost about $2 million each to build. The first two are fully leased, he said, and the third is 85% leased.
