GiantBear.com Moves Out of Shared Space

WHITE PLAINS, NY-The high-technology Web and wireless communications firm has signed a long-term sublease for 27,861 sf at 709 Westchester Ave.

GiantBear.com is a Web-to-wireless content exchange and information management portal for Wireless Application Protocol-enabled wireless phones and other devices. GiantBear's application allows wireless carriers to offer subscribers personal Web content preferences.

GiantBear.com was founded by wireless communications veterans Steven Price and Stuart Rosenstein, who ran PriCellular Corp. prior to operating LiveWire, a software and Internet firm that provides services for media, telecommunications and new media companies. The firm provides Internet-based customer management and billing software solutions principally for wireless carriers.
