Walker & Dunlop of Bethesda has arranged a $17.5 million permanent mortgage for a 125,000-sf office building here at 593 Herndon Parkway, known as the Parkview Executive Center. The Bethesda developer Lerner Enterprises received the funding from an unidentified financial institution.
The building is occupied by Nextel, which moved in when it acquired Newbridge Networks last year.
