The new facility--and the larger corporate center--are projects of Richards & Robbins, a locally-based development firm. Runnymede Corporate Center itself is an 11-building, 500,000-sf campus on 60 acres.
Airborne's existing 40,000-sf facility is also located at the corporate center, but was not readily expandable to meet the shipper's needs. Much of that former space has been re-leased by Insignia/ESG's Saddle Brook, NJ and Philadelphia offices to Quality Automotive Parts, Dynamic Forces and Colortronics. About 17,000 sf is still available.
