The 40,000-sf project is being constructed on a 1.3-acre site that was created when Beeson demolished a small office building on the land, which is located at the intersection of Allen Parkway and Waugh Dr. About half of the space in the two-story project will be devoted to retail space with office space taking the second floor of the building. In recent years, developers have been seeking out infill and redevelopment sites in the area for residential, office and retail use.
