DALLAS-Two leading firms have been selected to simultaneous market a 489,690-sf industrial building in Liberty, a town midway between Houston and Beaumont.Binswanger’s Dallas office and Colliers Oxford will handle the sale of The Triple S Steel structure, located on 120 acres at 1100 FM 3361. The property is situated two miles from US Hwy 90 and minutes from Interstate 10 which has direct access to Interstate 45 and Houston’s Loop 610. The one-story structure has 40′-clear height ceilings, 15 grade-level doors, 10 cranes and is positioned on railroad-serviced land.
