HOUSTON-BMC Software is constructing 800,000 sf of office space on its campus in west Houston. The construction adds to a surge of office activity that has been occurring along the Sam Houston Tollway.

BMC is constructing two buildings on its 50-acre urban campus: a 21-story 500,000-sf tower and a six-story structure with 300,000 sf of space. The new buildings will increase the amount of office space on the software vendor’s campus to 1.6 million sf. The new buildings are designed by the DMJM architecture firm of Los Angeles. The buildings, constructed by W.S. Bellows Construction Co., are scheduled to be finished by July 2001.
