The new office, called Corporate Investment International of Brevard Inc., is owned by CII principals Richard E. Read and Cress Diglio, and Harold Hillcher, a mortgage and real estate broker. Hillcher, a former senior business analyst for Professional Business Brokers Inc., has 30 years of industry experience.
He specializes in the sale of cultured marble manufacturing plants and solid surface fabricating facilities. The parent Orlando firm has sold 500 companies since its inception in 1986. CII's three-year sales performance of $60 million, tops all business brokerage volume in Florida, according to Read.
