The domestic and intermodal transportation company, which primarily serves the lumber industries, signed a 70,000-sf lease for space at 1100-1400 E. Patapsco Ave.
The lease has an unusual four-and-a-half-year term that will expire simultaneously with the firm's original lease in the industrial center. It previously had taken 55,250 sf.
Manekin LLC represented both the tenant and the landlord, Patapsco LP.
