The first phase of speculative construction will consist of a two-story,30,000 sf office facility and a single-story, 24,000 sf high-tech industrialbuilding with some warehouse space, says Delcor President Brian Stoy.
"Costs are about $6 million for the first phase, and about $18 million to$24 million total with 300,000 sf developed when we're finished, dependingon what we do with the rest of the site," Stoy said.
A three-acre parcel at the front of the site, on Grand River, is on the marketfor a service use, preferably a restaurant, according to Stoy.
