DUNDEE, MI-Outdoor gear retailer Cabela’s has opened a 225,000-sf store here, its largest. The outfitter of hunting, fishing and outdoor gear is expected to draw six million visitors a year, making it Michigan’s top tourist attraction.

The store includes a 40-foot tall mountain, with a trout pond, running waterfalls, 60-foot streams and even a beaver dam. The 360°, walk-around mountain, called Animals of North America, features approximately 100 wild game mounts in their distinct habitats.

Another major display in Cabela’s showroom is a 65,000-gallon, walk-through aquarium stocked with trout, panfish, game and trophy fish and predator species.
