Bernstein Management Corp. Buys Capitol Hill Building

WASHINGTON-Developer Bernstein Management Corp. buys five-story building at 600 Pennsylvania Ave. SE for $14.25 million.

The tenant list of this Capitol Hill building includes several political organizations, ranging the spectrum from Amnesty International and the Democratic Leadership Council to the Young Republicans, College Republicans and the Republican National Committee.

Advantis represented the seller, MGP Real Estate LLC. Bernstein represented itself.
