Prior to this promotion, Mosler was EVP. He is also a member of the firm's board of directors. Mosler has been one of the real estate industry's top earners and has been instrumental in some of Manhattan's largest leasing and sales transactions. Notably, he is a two-time recipient of the prestigious Real Estate Board of New York Deal of the Year award, for both office (Reuters transaction, 1999) and retail (Hennes & Mauritz, 2000). He co-brokered the successful consolidation of Reuters America Holdings, Inc. into 500,000 sf at 3 Times Square, an 855,000-sf joint venture between the Rudin family and Reuters America.
