Bruce E. Mosler Named President of US Operations At C&W

Mosler jumps from brokerage to executive suites to fill newly created post.

NEW YORK CITY-Bruce E. Mosler has been named to the newly-created position of president of US operations at Cushman & Wakefield Inc.In a strategic move by the firm to consolidate its decision making, Mosler will be responsible for the strategic direction, business growth and development and profitability of the firm’s 45 US offices. He will also work with the firm’s global operations.

Prior to this promotion, Mosler was EVP. He is also a member of the firm’s board of directors. Mosler has been one of the real estate industry’s top earners and has been instrumental in some of Manhattan’s largest leasing and sales transactions. Notably, he is a two-time recipient of the prestigious Real Estate Board of New York Deal of the Year award, for both office (Reuters transaction, 1999) and retail (Hennes & Mauritz, 2000). He co-brokered the successful consolidation of Reuters America Holdings, Inc. into 500,000 sf at 3 Times Square, an 855,000-sf joint venture between the Rudin family and Reuters America.
