The second phase, which carries an August 2001 completion date, has attracted such tenants at Bayer, United Healthcare, Ford Credit and Westpoint Stevens.When completed, the high-rise structure will push the complex to nearly a half million sf. The building has been designed by OKA Powell Architects, with Manhattan Construction serving as general contractor.
Granite currently has more than five million sf of commercial real estate, mostly situated in TX, under its ownership.
