The buyer is Peptide Technologies Inc., which primarily provides services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Peptide was represented by a local office of CB Richard Ellis.
It took Turner only two years to buy the 50-acre parcel in Lake Forest, turn it into a master development and then sell all the land, says John Griffin, a broker in the Irvine office of Voit Commercial Brokerage. Voit Commercial represented Turner in all of the project's land sales.
