Last Parcels in A.J. West Ranch are Sold

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Peptide Technologies pays $2.8 million for land inside Lake Forest development, plans new R&D facility for the site.

The buyer is Peptide Technologies Inc., which primarily provides services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Peptide was represented by a local office of CB Richard Ellis.

It took Turner only two years to buy the 50-acre parcel in Lake Forest, turn it into a master development and then sell all the land, says John Griffin, a broker in the Irvine office of Voit Commercial Brokerage. Voit Commercial represented Turner in all of the project's land sales.
