The land and 120,000-sf facility will be owned by Fraser Industrial Properties, a Michigan limited liability company, which will lease about 100,000 sf to Sur-Flow, a manufacturer of plastic injection molded parts for the automotive, transportation and appliance industries.
Approximately 20,000 sf will be leased to Sur-Form Corp., which makes plastic molded cargo shipping containers for the auto industry.
The deal will be financed with Industrial Development Revenue Bonds.
