DETROIT-Sur-Flo Plastics and Engineering plans to lease 100,000 sf at a new building in Fraser, MI. The deal is to be financed by a $7.5-million bond from the Michigan Economic Development Corp., which estimates the expansion will create 75 new jobs at project completion.
The land and 120,000-sf facility will be owned by Fraser Industrial Properties, a Michigan limited liability company, which will lease about 100,000 sf to Sur-Flow, a manufacturer of plastic injection molded parts for the automotive, transportation and appliance industries.
