The Minneapolis-based developer said the $27 million two-story outpatient pavilion would include surgical service, cardiac care and a new women's center.

Design partners for the space are Minneapolis-based architects HGA and Shive Hattery Engineers and Architects of Cedar Rapids. The project is expected tobe ready by March 2002.
