The latest tenants at Meritex's facility, at 95th Street and Renner Boulevard inLenexa, are Black & Veatch, which leased 43,000 square feet and Roberts'Products Inc., which signed on for about 24,000 square feet.
Other tenants include Love Box Co., which leased 150,000 square feet andLanter Co., which has taken 95,000 square feet.Kansas City is an ideal topographical location for underground parks.Two others, Space Center Executive Park and Hunt Midwest SubTropolis,combine for nearly 10 million square feet of underground storage andoffice space.
