The first 116,000-sf, five-story building, also a spec venture, is 50% pre-leased and scheduled to open Oct.1. Rents are $18 to $20 per sf.

Whitehall Corporate Center is planned for 11 buildings comprising 1.4 million sf. The park is part of the greater Whitehall development, which totals 700 acres and encompasses Whitehall Technology Park and Crosland's Whitehall Commons shopping center. Developing all 700 acres will take seven to 10 years at an aggregate build-out cost of $300 million, according to AAC.
