"Leasing activity in AMLI's Windham Lakes Business Park has increased significantly over the past year," says Alec Zocher, project manager at Kiferbaum. "Their Windham Industrial III spec building, completed late last year, was nearly 100% leased by the spring."
Afraid they would lose Swedish packager Korsnas Packaging as client because Windham Industrial III was fully leased so soon, AMLI and Kiferbaum reacted quickly to get Windham Industrial Center IV off the ground, Zocher says.
AMLI owns and manages approximately 3.3 million sf of office and industrial space in the greater Chicago area.
