B2B Developer Secures Prestigious Las Colinas Address, Leases 10,986 SF

DALLAS-A B2B developer of incubation projects will office in 10,986 sf in prestigious Las Colinas, becoming a tenant in the 256,535-sf class A 6565 MacArthur.

The property has been developed by Insignia Financial Group's co-investment company, Insignia Commercial Investments Group. Insignia is the agent for the structure's landlord, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co., while Coldwell Banker American Spectrum and Mohr Partners represented the tenant in the negotiations.
