The clinic, part of the Carolinas HealthCare System network, will be relocating from its Main Street offices. Two floors totaling 24,000 sf are available. Rents are $20 psf to $21 psf.
Davidson Gateway, being developed by Crosland Commercial, will include a hotel and conference center, office buildings and restaurants.
Jenison Construction of Charlotte is the general contractor. Harris Associates of Davidson is the building's leasing agent.
