ERealty.com Buys On-Line Transaction System

HOUSTON-ERealty.com, a Houston-based on-line residential real estate brokerage, has acquired half of the of TitleLink from Interliant Inc. Expansion plans ticket operations for Chicago, Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco.

HOUSTON-ERealty.com, a Houston-based on-line residential real estate brokerage, has acquired half of the of TitleLink from Interliant Inc. TitleLink enables home buyers, sellers, mortgage companies and title insurance companies to handle much of the home sale transaction online.

TitleLink software systems reduces the need for fax and telephone communication by allowing users to exchange transaction documents on line. ERealty.com allows its customers to search for homes over the Internet. In addition to its on-line home sales, ERealty has fully staffed local offices with experienced locally licensed realtors in each office. In addition to Houston, ERealty has established successful operations in Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Boston, Dallas, Ft. Worth and Washington, DC. It has plans to launch other offices in Chicago, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco and other US markets.
