Internet Provider Disconnects From Westside, Ramps up Downtown

LOS ANGELES-Needing to expand but refusing to renew in expensive Hollywood, an Internet firm moves to the CBD and increases its space six-fold.

Refusing to pay the Westside’s high rents any longer, a company that builds and markets Internet businesses is leaving Hollywood and has signed an agreement to move Downtown and increase its space six-fold.

The company, Full Moon Interactive, is moving out of the 5,000 sf it occupies in Hollywood and into 30,000 sf of sublet space at 911 Wilshire Blvd. The 91-month sublease agreement is valued at about $4.1 million.
