The leases bring the Hialeah center at 3100 W 76th St. to the 85% committed mark, while the West Kendall center at 16205 SW 88th St. is 60% reserved.
Another General Real Estate property, the 153,000-sf Festival Plaza at 8500 SW 8th St. in Westchester, has completed a $2.5 million renovation and is 95% rented.
