Two REITS Selling Kansas City Properties

KANSAS CITY, MO- Two out-of-town real estate investment trusts are downsizing their Kansas City portfolios.

Dallas-based Prentiss Properties Trust has sold more than a million and a half sf of office and industrial space to Boston-based TA Associates Realty, a pension fund advisor.

Also, San Francisco-based Bedford Property Investors, Inc. is making a move to sell a part of its local portfolio, according to Bruce Jackson, a local representative for the company.
