Work is currently underway on the site, which will feature two office buildings totaling 175,000 sf. Construction on the three-story buildings is expected to be finished in fall 2001.

The sale expands Washington DC-based CarrAmerica's holdings in the East Seattle market, where it owns 29 buildings with about 1.5 million sf. In Canyon Park alone, it owns 10 buildings totaling 589,000 sf.
