HyperDynamics Picks Former Mall for High-Tech Information Center

HOUSTON-HyperDynamics Corp., an integrated technology service provider, will open its information technology hosting center in the Westwood Technology Center in southwest Houston in a building that was formerly a regional mall.

HOUSTON-HyperDynamics Corp., an integrated technology service provider, will open its information technology hosting center in the Westwood Technology Center in southwest Houston in a building that was formerly a regional mall.

The HyperDynamic’s facility will be operational in November. Westwood Technology Center, located at 9700 Bissonnet, was formerly the Westwood Mall before it was converted into a technology building. The 536,000-sf office complex offers fiber-optic access, redundant power, backup generators and high parking ratios. The center is a mix of data centers, telecom switch sites, call centers, general offices and high-tech clients.
