The buyer is privately held Marfred Industries, which makes and distributes cardboard containers and packing supplies. The facility, at 11500 Sheldon St., will allow Marfred to increase the warehouse capacity of its corrugated container division by 50%.
The Van Nuys office of Delphi Business Properties represented Marfred in the transaction. The nearby office of Stevenson Real Estate Services represented the seller, privately held Molding Corp. of America.
