The new Transbay Terminal will be a five-level glass facility marked by a series of peaked canopies. The terminal will be bounded by Howard, Main, Beale and Folsom Streets.
The 19-member Bay Area Toll authority is expected to approve the struAture Thursday. A temporary building will be opened during the demolition of the old terminal and construction of the new terminal. An end date has not been specified for the project.
