The new manufacturing center here takes up more than 135,000 sf in the first of four buildings being developed at the Spreckels Business Park. Simpson is the building's second tenant. Web-based dry cleaning service PurpleTie.com was the building's first tenant.
A second, 253,048-sf building is currently under construction. All four buildings will total more than 1 million sf.
