Also in Miami-Dade County, Regal has bought out its leases and closed two existing properties, while junking plans for an 18-screen complex at Lefmark's proposed Springsgate Village Center in Coral Springs, Broward County.
The Fort Lauderdale-based Muvico chain, which has continued in an expansion mode, could move into some of the former Regal sites, according to industry sources.
