Turner Development Buys Placentia Biz Park

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Newport Beach builder pays nearly $2 million for 39,000-sf complex.

Turner officials say the acquisition, Monroe Industrial Park on Monroe Way, is currently 100% leased. The local office of Frey Investments represented Turner Development. Lee & Associates represented the seller, Newport Beach-based CT Realty.

Turner Development officials tell GlobeSt.com that their company is seeking other acquistions in the five-county Southland area.
