Dilmun decided to renew its lease one year before its current agreement was to expire, according to W&M Properties, the marketing and management agent for the Malkin-family owned property.

The investment company signed a renewal for its space on the fifth floor of the 280,000-sf building for a 10-year term. No financial details of the transaction were released.
