The center, Brea Imperial Plaza, is at 700-810 East Imperial Highway. Tenants include Shoe Pavilion, La Salsa restaurant, Diedrich Coffee and Zany Brainy, a store that sells education-oriented toys and games for children.

LA-based Dwyer-Curlett arranged the loan through American Express Financial Corp. Randall A. MacDougall and James P. Osgood put the financing together for the borrower, California-based Mariposa Investment Corp.
